We understand how isolating it can be to start a practice and not everyone has the time, energy or wants to be part of a class. Through 1-2-1 coaching you can have the meditation programme, combined with coaching, to suit your needs. We would love to be your cheerleader while you start this important journey to self-love.

Attain and retain peace is a four week package. This package consists of 4 x 60 minute sessions and includes a manual and MP3 of meditations to use daily in-between sessions.

Alternatively an 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme is available (based on the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme devised by Jon Kobat-Zinn. This can be extremely helpful in cases of anxiety, stress, chronic illness or addiction. The programme includes periods of meditation, CBT exercises and theory. The programme plan below is a rough guide but will be tailored to the individual’s circumstances. MP3′s included.
